Fast, Free Shipping
Most orders shipped to locations within the U.S., to APO/FPO addresses, and to U.S. protectorates, and territories ship for free (see shipping estimate times below). Select items, such as furniture and large or heavy items, may be subject to additional shipping charges for door-to-door delivery or enhanced delivery. See "Door-to-Door and Enhanced Delivery" below for more information. At this time, we are unable to ship certain items to APO/FPO Addresses, PO Boxes and other US Protectorates.
Delivery upgrades to one-day are available for $25 to many locations for most items. In some instances, products from different categories, especially furniture, rugs and oversize decor items, may need to be separated into multiple shipments. You will be able to see on the checkout page if the products you have selected will be subject to an additional fee for these multiple shipments. Please contact member services if you have questions about which rates will apply to your order. Note that we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday and therefore orders received after 4:15 PM PT on Friday may take 1-2 days longer to arrive. Orders placed by 4:15 PM PT on weekdays will arrive the next business day. For legal and safety reasons, we're only able to ship items containing hazardous or flammable materials (such as fragrances) via our standard 3-5 day shipping service.
Door-to-Door and Enhanced Delivery
Some of our larger items require door-to-door or enhanced delivery. These items will incur additional delivery charges, which will be listed on the product detail page. You will also be able to review applicable delivery charges prior to placing your order.
Door-to-door delivery means that the delivery driver will unload the shipment from the truck and bring it into your front door or garage.
Enhanced delivery means that the delivery driver will unload the shipment form the truck and bring it into your home. However, you will need to assemble and/or install the item yourself, if required.
For items shipped via door-to-door or enhanced delivery, you will be contacted by the carrier within 72 hours after the item ships to schedule a date and time for delivery. If you have not heard from the carrier and it has been more than 72 hours since your item shipped please contact customer service at 1-866-395-6759. Please have your order confirmation number available when you call.
A $3.99 return shipping fee for US orders will be deducted from the amount of your refund. If you send multiple items in your return, the return shipping fee is $3.99. If you’re sending us returns from two different orders, you’ll be charged for each return. If the reason for return is the result of a MyHabit error, you will not be charged.Please see our return and refund policy for more details.
Shipping Locations and Times
MyHabit offers FAST, FREE SHIPPING in the U.S. on most items. Shipments to the contiguous 48 states (excluding PO box shipments) will generally arrive within 3-6 business days of the ship date. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, and U.S. protectorates and territories (American Samoa, Guam, Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Palau, and U.S. Virgin Islands) will generally arrive within 3-7 business days of the ship date. Deliveries to APO or FPO addresses may take longer - up to 21 days from the ship date. Deliveries of items containing hazardous or flammable materials (such as fragrances) may take longer due to legally mandated shipping requirements. In the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of MyHabit, packages will be delivered as fast as possible, but may take longer than the estimates above. MyHabit reserves the right to discontinue any shipping promotion at its discretion. Select items, such as furniture and large or heavy items, may be subject to longer shipping times, which will be indicated on the product detail page.
When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order if the product is still available for purchase.
The U.S. Postal Service does not deliver to some addresses. If you have a PO box address, it's best to use that for your orders. All orders with "PO Box" in the address are automatically shipped via U.S. Mail.
If the order is being shipped to a prison, there may be delivery restrictions associated with the items or shippers. These restrictions are determined by the penitentiary and may vary.
Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. Packages that contain more than $1,299 in merchandise will always require a signature.
When possible, we try to combine multiple orders into the same shipment. This helps us reduce the number of packages that we need to send to you. We will consolidate your shipments if your order(s) meets the following criteria:
- If you place multiple orders within a close time frame
- If all orders require shipment to the same address
- If the orders all come from the same MyHabit customer account
- If all items are located at our fulfillment center at the same time
- If your order does not contain any items containing hazardous or flammable materials (such as fragrances)
If these criteria are met, your shipment will be consolidated. You will receive multiple packing slips at once, enough for one slip per order in the shipment.
If you need to return more than one item from a consolidated shipment, you may put all items in the same box, as long as you include all necessary return merchandise authorization labels.
There are some cases when we won't be able to combine shipments. For instance, we may not be able to combine the following types of orders:
- Orders that can't be shipped from the same fulfillment center to meet your promised delivery date
- Orders shipping from different fulfillment centers
- Orders being shipped to different addresses
- Orders being shipped to an international shipping address
- Orders marked as gifts
- Orders containing items containing hazardous materials such as fragrances, or some diffusers
Charging Your Credit Card
We will not charge your credit card for any items until after they enter the shipping process. You will receive an e-mail notification once we have charged your credit card.
